Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, based on factors including (but not limited to):

  • Fluctuations in material and supply costs;

  • Market trends and competitor pricing within the engraving and design industry;

  • Adjustments in operational or taxation expenses;

  • Updates in product features, finishes, or customization levels.

We are committed to remaining competitive and transparent in our pricing strategy. Any adjustments are made to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining fair value for our clients.

For confirmed orders, the price at the time of payment will always apply, regardless of subsequent changes.

 

Refund and Return Policy

   Accepted cases:

  • Manufacturing defect.

   Not accepted cases:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., spelling mistake).

  • Change of mind after design approval.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Provisions
Haiti Creative ensures efficient and reliable delivery of all products. Delivery within Port-au-Prince is free of charge. Shipments to other departments are subject to additional fees, calculated based on the selected carrier and delivery location.

2. Delivery Timeframes
All local deliveries within Port-au-Prince are completed within 2 to 5 business days following production. Delivery times outside the capital may vary depending on carrier availability and regional logistics.

3. Delivery Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon confirmed receipt of the product. Any delivery discrepancies or damages must be reported to Haiti Creative within 48 hours of receipt for investigation and resolution.

​Delivery & Shipping Notification:

​Please note that Haiti Creative currently offers delivery only within Port-au-Prince. Deliveries to other areas are temporarily unavailable. We will notify customers once delivery services to additional regions resume. All local deliveries are completed within 2–5 business days after production. Customers must provide accurate delivery information, and responsibility transfers upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

1. What types of products do you offer?
We create personalized items such as wooden bottle openers, wooden or metal cards, educational puzzles, coasters, phone stands, napkin holders, and much more.

 

2. What materials can you engrave?
We primarily work with wood, slate, and certain metals suitable for laser engraving.

 

3. Do you offer cutting services?
Yes, we provide laser cutting on wood up to a certain thickness. Metal cutting is not available.

 

4. Can I provide my own design?
Yes, you can provide your files in vector format or high-resolution images.

 

5. How does pricing work?
Our prices depend on the complexity of the design, the material used, and the quantity ordered. A detailed quote is provided before each order.

6. Do you offer discounts for businesses or events?
Yes, special rates are available for bulk orders or events.

 

7. Is delivery included?
Delivery is free in certain areas. Additional fees may apply for other locations.

 

8. What are the production lead times?
Production times vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. On average, allow 2 to 7 business days.

9. How can I place an order?

10. Do you offer samples before production?
Yes, for certain larger orders, a prototype can be created to validate the design before final production.

1.2 Pricing and Currency​

Prices are displayed in Haitian Gourdes (HTG) and US Dollars (USD).

Prices include a 10% VAT rate where applicable.

Quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue.​

1.3 Orders​

Orders can be placed online or directly with our sales team.

All custom orders require design approval before production.

Haiti Creative reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet our quality or ethical standards.

1. Overview

 

At Haiti Creative, every engraved piece reflects precision, craftsmanship, and care. To ensure continued satisfaction, we offer Haiti Creative Care Service, a 6-month protection plan covering your engraving service bundle. This policy provides dependable support in the unlikely event of production defects or engraving-related issues.​

 

2. Coverage Scope

 

The Haiti Creative Care Service applies exclusively to engraving services included in qualified bundle packages purchased directly from Haiti Creative.Covered under this policy:Manufacturing or engraving defects caused during the production process.Quality issues related to engraving alignment, burn depth, or finish inconsistency.Damage or flaws resulting from internal process error verified by our technical team.Not covered under this policy:Customer misuse, accidental damage, or natural material variations.Modifications, third-party alterations, or post-delivery handling issues.Any request beyond the 6-month coverage period.​

 

3. Service Resolution Process

 

If a covered issue arises:Submit a Care Service Request via our official support channel with your proof of purchase and photos of the item.Our quality control team will assess the product within 5 business days.Upon approval, Haiti Creative will:Repair or re-engrave the item at no additional cost, or replace the engraved component if repair is not feasible.All replacements or reworks maintain the original design specifications as closely as possible.​

 

4. Service Eligibility

 

This policy applies only to engraving projects included in Haiti Creative’s official bundle packages.Single custom orders, event collaborations, or third-party resale items are not eligible.

 

5. Duration of Coverage

 

Coverage begins on the date of product delivery and remains valid for six (6) months.Requests made after this period will not qualify for free service but may be eligible for paid maintenance.

 

​6. Limitations and Exclusions

 

Haiti Creative reserves the right to determine eligibility under this policy.This program is non-transferable and non-refundable.Coverage does not extend to materials supplied by clients or design files not created or approved by Haiti Creative.​
