Haiti Creative Responsibilities
Haiti Creative is committed to providing professional engraving services and will exercise reasonable care in handling all customer-supplied items.
Our responsibilities include:
1. Professional Workmanship
We will perform engraving services using industry-accepted techniques, equipment, and reasonable skill and care.
2. Care of Customer Property
We will handle customer-supplied wood, leather, and other accepted materials with reasonable care while they are in our possession. However, because engraving permanently alters materials and natural products may react unpredictably, we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur.
3. Inspection Before Production
Where practical, we will inspect customer-supplied items before production begins and notify the customer if an item appears unsuitable for engraving or is likely to produce poor results.
4. Communication
If we identify a significant issue before engraving begins, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer for approval or further instructions before proceeding.
5. Confidentiality
Any artwork, logos, designs, personal information, business information, or custom content provided by the customer will be treated as confidential and used solely for completing the requested services, unless the customer has given prior permission for promotional or marketing use.
6. Information Protection
Haiti Creative is committed to protecting customer information through reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate for the size and nature of our business. Customer information is collected only as necessary to provide our services and manage orders.
Information provided by customers will:

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the engraving matches the approved design, spelling, placement, and specifications provided by the customer.
8. Timely Service
We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated production timeframe. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by equipment maintenance, power outages, material issues, weather events, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Customer Notification
We will notify the customer when the order is complete and ready for collection or shipment.
10. Limitation of Responsibility
While Haiti Creative exercises reasonable care, we are not responsible for losses or damage resulting from:

Hidden defects or weaknesses in customer-supplied materials.

Natural characteristics of wood, leather, or other materials that affect engraving quality.

11. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
If an error is caused solely by Haiti Creative, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include re-performing the engraving service where feasible, correcting the error, or providing a partial or full refund of the engraving service fee, at our discretion. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the engraving service and does not extend to the replacement value of customer-supplied items unless required by applicable law.
